Shipping and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to return it. Returns are only accepted in exchange for a refund. If you want a different size or colour, as well as purchasing alternative products, you must place a new order.

• We will send you a label by email. You must take the product to any post office and show the code on the label on your mobile phone.
• As soon as the package with your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be verified. The credit will be made once we have checked its condition.
• The amount of the return costs will be deducted from this credit according to your geographical area. The return costs are the same as the shipping costs.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• The product must not have been used and must be returned with the same original packaging that was received, as well as the original labels and stickers. Products that have been modified cannot be returned.
